RUSTED AND CANNOT USE

I purchased this griddle 7/2023. I used it once and followed all instructions. I tried to use it again today (I have 3 other grills and this was only for occasional use or camping) and the grill is completely rusted!! I am obviously out of the warranty time frame. I am currently going through debilitating health issues that dont allow me to walk down the stairs to BBQ so I was going to put it on my balcony. Makes me so sad to know I cant do anything about retruning it or have it replaced under warranty :-(

Good news! Your griddle isn't ruined. Griddles that aren't used frequently are more likely to rust, but here's how to fix it:
1. Light the burners and turn the control knobs to SEAR for approximately 10 minutes, then turn off.
2. While the griddle surface is still warm, use a metal scraper or spatula to remove as much rust as you can from the griddle surface and the inner and outer walls.
3. Apply a liberal amount of cooking oil to the griddle surface and scrub with steel wool. Continue to apply oil as needed.
4. Wipe the griddle surface and the inner and outer walls with paper towels.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 until no rust is apparent on the paper towels.

No warranty support

I purchased a tabletop griddle 11/4/2024 from HD. I have experienced Errf error code each time I've tried to use. Called customer service this morning, 11/20. Was told to just return the griddle to HD. I declined and said I would just like them to send me the part for customer installation as stated in their warranty. They declined stating that this series has been discontinued and they are no longer able to supply parts. After speaking with manager was told my only recourse is to return the defective product to Home Depot. BOTTOM LINE... LOCO COOKERS stated warranty coverage is a LIE.

If there are no longer parts for the product our team would have advised a few options that are available to you. If the unit is still under the Retailers return policy you may return the product to the place of purchase for exchange or refund at your discretion. If the unit has been in service longer than the retailers policy, LoCo would have provided the parts if they were available, if as in the case you indicated the parts are not longer available LoCo will provide reimbursment for the purchase price of the unit reflected on the provided proof of purchase. Missing parts

I just got it and it was missing the propane adapter I called home depot they said it had to be in there. It’s like how do u ship something with one of the main parts to make it work

Great Griddle!

Just bought it this week and used it to make grilled cheese sandwiches for a Michigan/Michigan State tailgate I hosted. It worked great. Day started windy but the griddle handled it well. I actually made 40 on a single 1lb cannister and still had fuel left. It cleaned up well mostly because I season it to death but it doesn't really have any hard corners to clean. The only issue I am having it the control **** was weirdly sticky and not cleanable. I am going to ask for a new one but I am sure it won't be a problem. I have an older Blackstone but I may actually look at the 36" inch LOCO because I like this little one so much.

Will not keep temperature consistent and keeps shutting off.
