    We are a new retail dealer. Customers have asked about the additional notches in the cook pot. The dump basket rest in the notch closest to the front of the cooker. What are the 2 sets of notches towards the rear of the pot for?

      The extra notches allow for our Crazy spoon or paddle to be used to support the inner basket to assist with drainage. The basket would be raised then the spoon or paddle placed across the unit within the notches. lower the basket to allow draining.

      this unit is not certified for frying. Fryers require specific safety features which this unit does not have. This is strictly a Boil Steam unit.
