Ingredients:

  •   Ground Chicken
  •   Italian Seasoning
  •   Garlic Powder
  •   Salt
  •   Pepper
  •   Panko
  •   Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  •   Olive Oil
  •   Shredded Mozzarella
  •   Hamburger Buns
  •   Mayo
  •   Marinara Sauce


Directions:

  1.   Heat the LoCo Griddle and Marinara: Preheat your griddle to 400 degrees. Warm up the marinara in a pot on the griddle or stovetop.
  2.   Mix the Chicken Patties: In a bowl, combine ground chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder, 1/2 cup panko, and 1 cup shredded parmesan. Form the mixture into four discs and coat with the remaining panko.

  4.   Toast the Buns: spread mayo on buns and toast on the griddle.
