INGREDIENTS
- 2 sausages (Chicken Sausage)
- ½ onion Red Onion
- ½ tbsp Butter
- ¼ cup Pancetta
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 bag Tortellini Pasta
- ¼ cup Roasted Red Peppers
- 2 handful Spinach
- 2 tbsp Garlic Expressions Dressing
- 6 Fresh Mozzarella
INSTRUCTIONS

Heat your LoCo Cooker to 400 degrees

Thinly slice your chicken sausage

Dice your onions and add to griddle

Add your butter and saute

Add your pancetta and cook for 3 minutes

Add salt and pepper to taste

Add chicken sausage and tortellini

Add some more salt and pepper to taste and stir around

Add peppers, spinach and top with your dressing

Add fresh mozzarella balls and cook for 5-10 more minutes
