INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs of chicken wings
-
Your favorite chicken seasoning
Parmesan Garlic Sauce
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 teaspoons of garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons of dried parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
-
Preheat the grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. It's important to preheat the grill so that it's nice and hot when you're ready to cook the chicken wings. This will help ensure that they cook evenly and get a nice sear on the outside.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. This step is important because it helps the seasoning adhere better to the chicken wings. Make sure to remove any excess moisture from the chicken wings before seasoning them.
- Drizzle avocado oil over the chicken wings, then season generously with Smokin Buffalo blend seasoning. This seasoning blend has a nice balance of spicy and smoky flavors that pairs well with the Parmesan Garlic Sauce. Make sure to coat the chicken wings evenly with the seasoning, so that they're flavorful from the inside out.
- Place the chicken wings on the preheated grill and cook for 5 minutes. This initial sear will help lock in the juices and give the chicken wings a nice crust.
- Flip the wings over and continue to cook for another 5 minutes. Repeat this process until the chicken wings are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 175 degrees Fahrenheit. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the chicken wings, as this is the most accurate way to tell if they're fully cooked.
- While the chicken wings are cooking, prepare the Parmesan Garlic Sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add garlic paste and dried parsley, and cook until fragrant, stirring occasionally. This will only take a minute or two, so make sure to keep an eye on it and don't let it burn.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until it is melted and well-combined with the butter mixture. This will create a thick and creamy sauce that's packed with flavor.
- Once the chicken wings are done cooking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the Parmesan Garlic Sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly. This will ensure that every chicken wing is coated in the delicious sauce and bursting with flavor.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Parmesan Garlic Grilled Chicken Wings! These wings are perfect for game day, backyard barbecues, or any occasion when you want to impress your guests with a flavorful and satisfying dish.
