Pastalaya for a Party in the LoCo Disco Cooker

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 5 lbs (450 g) andouille sausage, sliced
  • 5 lbs (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 5 packages of Pastalaya Mix by Southern Boyz Outdoors


Instructions:

1. Heat the Disco Cooker:

2. Brown the Meats:

    • Add the sliced andouille sausage and chicken pieces to the cooker and sauté until browned.
    • Add 15 cups of water and bring it to a boil

3. Season the Mixture:

    • Let it boil for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.

5. Serve:

    • Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful pastalaya!
