Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 5 lbs (450 g) andouille sausage, sliced
- 5 lbs (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 5 packages of Pastalaya Mix by Southern Boyz Outdoors
Instructions:
1. Heat the Disco Cooker:

- Place your LoCo Disco Cooker over medium-high heat and add the cooking oil.
2. Brown the Meats:
- Add the sliced andouille sausage and chicken pieces to the cooker and sauté until browned.
- Add 15 cups of water and bring it to a boil
3. Season the Mixture:
- Add 5 packs of Southern Boyz Outdoors Pastalaya Mix
- Mix together
4. Cook:
- Let it boil for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.
5. Serve:
- Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful pastalaya!
