Even heat, and well made. Would definitely recommend!
We needed portable griddle for RVing and tailgating, this griddle has been great. I love the temperature dial, griddle lid, and SureSpark. No complaints and I recommend to everyone.
We love this griddle. We have a big one at home and use this one for RVing, tent camping and tailgating. It's not too big, easy to carry around and we get a ton of use out of it. When it's windy it can be challenging, but this is just how it is when you cook outside. It just takes longer. We have used it with the little propane tanks as well as with out big ones we have with the RV. Cooked a ton of meals on it and it's still going strong. Cleaning it well after each use and covering it are ways we keep it in top shape. Highly recommend.
