“Fan the Fire” Technology
“Fan the Fire” Technology, a built-in, thermostatically-controlled fan that blows continuously on the stack of charcoal, dramatically reducing charcoal wait time. Then, while grilling, if the temperature dips below your selected temperature, the fan automatically turns on to fan the fire until the temperature rebounds
“Easy-Read” Backlit Digital Display With Built-In Timer
Located right in front of the grill, the display (with timer) is backlit so you’ll be able to easily monitor temp and timer, even after dark.
“Sure-Seal” Gasket Between Porcelain-Coated Lid and Bowl
Our premium “Sure-Seal” Gasket ensures a full, reliable seal for consistent cooking performance.
“Easy-Light” Starter Cube and Wood Chip Tray
To make it easy to use starter cubes, we’ve incorporated a special Easy-Light tray that perfectly positions the cubes. The tray also holds your favorite wood chips for additional smoke flavor.

Temperature Controlled Charcoal and ALL the Fixings

Overall this is the best kettle grill on the market

Pros
* Very versatile - cooks direct, indirect, low and slow, with smoke or not, direct sear and more (note, low and slow takes a bit of getting used to, you cannot overpack the charcoal and expect a low temperature. The good news, properly set you can keep a small pack and add to it over the hours)
* Sturdy - the parts that go in this grill are all high quality. From the wheels to the kettle to the handles -- it's built to last.
* Easy to start - load the charcoal, put a fire starter in the pan underneath and go. No need for a charcoal chimney starter.
* Seals tight - I like how the lid clamps down as do the parts underneath creating a pretty controlled environment key to the temperature control. If you have a large bank of coals when you are done cooking, turn off the control and seal the vent on top. The coals will go out and be ready for the next cook.
* Indirect Heat - the grill comes with a heavy duty pan to redirect heat to the sides. Which would be an issue except the grill seals so well that the heat coverage is pretty even. Much better than banking the coals on one side. When you don't want the indirect heat there's a hook on the back to hold the pan out of the way.
* Surface Area - the 22" grill is great for cooking for a family. Burgers and dogs - no problem. Finish with toasting the buns. Steaks - never better. And it holds a good sized brisket. The side table is also a great size and super sturdy.
* Moving It Around - Big wheels that roll over rough surfaces with ease and two lockable wheels (easy to set with a toe) to keep it in place.

Cons
* Assembly - The parts are first rate however the assembly is difficult at times. LOCO would be well-served with a series of videos on the key steps (running wires, installing all the parts on the bowls). Do use a hand screwdriver - I found the drill driver wasn't working too well with the fiddlely threads. Finally you will need a small #2 Phillips to attach the bottom bowl to the frame in a pretty tight fit under the frame. Professional assembly is recommended for those not too familiar with building grills.

Overall
I love this grill. It's really well built and it works from start up to cooking to clean up. Highly recommend.

Great Grill

Took a little longer than expected to assemble but was worth it. Cooks everything from burgers to pork shoulder...perfectly.

The only grill you need!

I’ve cooked everything from burgers to Boston butt. Going to retire several of my grills because this one does it all
