I’m so happy with my new flat top griddle. I cook everything from breakfast to dinner… tonight I made my wife marinaded steak with mushrooms and onions… she loved it! I love my the 3 burner griddle. It’s a solid product… actually my wife put the whole griddle together… straight out of the box with the easy to follow instructions it was surprisingly simple.. I did email the customer service for a completely different reason and even through email was impressed with the response… I could tell they didn’t source out the customer support to anyone ( like when you call customer service and get "BOB" from India)
I sound like a commercial for them, however im truly not affiliated with them AT ALL!… I’m just a very very satisfied customer

We purchased a Loco Flattop cooker and had an issue with one of the burners not lighting. They were prompt and replace it and then followed up to make sure it was up to par.
We love cooking on it and getting use to all the different items we can grill and do so at the same time. It’s great that the unit has fold up sides to keep your food and prep. We did end up buying another prep table for ease in cooking for larger groups. Love the cooker-flattop!

Two of the three burners will not light. I tried all the troubleshooting tips and nothing is fixing it.
The ignition is working but the 2 burners won't light. We are a family of seven so we always cook on all burners. Please help!! Love the grill when it is working, I've only used it six times. I've been told a new replacement grill is on the way, but it's been six weeks. Please help!

#1 Customer Service is OUTSTANDING!! As for the griddle, they are amazing! I love to make breakfast early on the morning on Sundays. This griddle cooks everything perfectly. Surf and turf is also excellent!! As you can see I’m loving my new griddle and trying new things all the time.

Worked for a few months then went down , been waiting on replacement very very sad can not cook outside

I cannot get ahold of anyone through customer service but I consistently have issues with it. Right now only one burner works

I love the smart temp and how tall it is I don’t have to bend over to cook the only complaint I have is the grease trap it gets clogged

First unit had some issues.
I reached out to customer services and they helped me out. They ended up giving me my choice of replacement griddles. Since I had already purchased the cover for a 36 inch I went with the series 2 36 inch unit. This unit had been great and I enjoy the larger drip tray. The cover did quickly loose its color which was disappointing for a $70 cover to have this happen so quickly.
