Great Customer Service and incredibly quick response!

My SureSpark did not work and I reported the problem to customer service. The response was very quick, although I didn't realize it because the response went into my spam folder! When I finally realized that the response was in spam, I read it and then sent back the information that customer service requested. They immediately sent me a replacement part by UPS. I installed the SureSpark and it worked perfectly!

Not the best start

Purchased for a shrimp boil... While potatoes were cooking a buddy ask was my pot boiling over.... After looking, nope pot developed 3 holes in the bottom. Seemingly metal way to thin. Contacted Loco, over a week has gone by and replacement that was promised still has not arrived.
