30 QT Boil/Fry/Steam Kit

We don’t understand. Is this how cheap things are being made?? We decided to purchase another Loco burner set after our old one started acting up after about 10 good years. We WERE looking at the nice crawfish boiler cart for our fall family get together but after this… !!
This is what we did: Filled with water to half inch into the steam basket to make sure we have enough. As soon as it started to boil I dropped in the basket of snow crab clusters (3 lbs). After 10 mins took those out, topped off water ( about 2-3 cups) and put the next batch in. Walked into house with 1st batch and 7 mins later my wife says she saw a steam cloud go passed window. So I go check with 3 mins left . As I exit I can smell a burt smell and see water on the ground around the burner and the lid warped. I shut the gas off immediately and take the pot off the burner. When I took the lid off the crab was charred and I can see a hole right through the bottom. That’s when I noticed a blob of aluminum stuck to the burner. I had to twist and bend to remove the molten aluminum stuck to the burner. I thank God we steamed this time and not deep fried. God only knows what might have happened! We are afraid to use any aluminum on this burner. We now need to invest in steel pots! Use CAUTION!!

I purchased the item in February of 2023. I used the tall pot once for a seafood boil. When trying to use for the second time we noticed it had a hole in the pan allowing oil to drip on the open flame. Luckily we caught it in time. I have been trying to connect with the company since March via email and calling customer service phone number. I simply would like the pan replaced. We spent over $100 on a kit that were were able to use one time.

The 30 qt. system does the job but the only way I can get to the air adjustment valve is to remove the cover with the igniter button (4 screws that don’t realign easily) and it’s still difficult to use because it gets hot quickly. Seems like a design flaw.

Found this at Walmart for way Cheaper and no shipping charge after I placed my order pretty disappointed . Im purchasing directly from you and had to pay more

30 QT Boil Fry Steam Kit With Stand

Burner goes out a lot. Tried adjusting air flow but seem part of the burner gets more/less air than the rest
